Comprehensive Plan Overview
Woodson Terrace is a great community to live, work, and raise a family. The City’s comprehensive plan will shape a shared vision for the next twenty years, guiding decisions on land use, infrastructure, economic development, housing, parks and recreation, and overall quality of life.
A comprehensive plan serves as a strategic guide for the community, shaping decisions (both large and small) over the next 20 years regarding future land use and the City’s physical development. It translates community values into specific actions, creating a blueprint for the future. Additionally, the comprehensive plan is closely integrated with other municipal documents and initiatives to ensure a cohesive approach to development, city services, and overall city decision-making.

The ‘Discovery Report’ is the first deliverable (product) in the process of developing a comprehensive plan for Woodson Terrace. It represents the end of the first phase of the planning process. This report focuses on:

This report should be considered an “In-Progress” document and will be updated and edited, as needed, for inclusion in the draft and final Comprehensive Plan.
